FAQ

Common questions, answered.

If your question isn't here, message us on WhatsApp — a real broker will reply.

Are all listings verified?

Every listing on the platform is admin-reviewed before it goes live. We confirm property type, locality and basic ownership/authority before publication.

Do you charge buyers a fee to view listings or send enquiries?

No. Our brokerage commission is paid by the seller or landlord on a successful transaction. Browsing, enquiring and viewings are free.

How do property inspections work?

We send a vetted inspector to the property and produce a written report with photos and a walkthrough video. Standard inspections start at GHS 850. See our inspections page for details.

Can I buy property in Ghana from abroad?

Yes. We coordinate viewings, document review, negotiation and handover for buyers anywhere in the world. WhatsApp is our primary communication channel.

What documents do you check for land purchases?

Title type (allodial, freehold, leasehold, customary, state), site plan, indenture and stool/skin land status where relevant. We flag risks before you commit to anything.

How long does a typical sale take?

Two to ten weeks once a buyer is qualified, depending on documentation. Land transactions can take longer if title work is needed.

Do you accept Mobile Money?

Yes — for inspection fees, holding deposits and refundable charges, via Paystack (MTN, Vodafone/Telecel, AirtelTigo).

I'm a landlord/owner. How do I list with you?

Submit your property on the List Property page. We review every submission, polish the listing copy, and only publish once we have authority to market.
