Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the myPropertyGhana platform.

This is an outline of our terms intended to set baseline expectations between visitors, listers and the brokerage. A formal version reviewed under Ghanaian law will replace this draft before public launch.

1. Use of the platform

You may browse listings, submit enquiries, and submit your own property for review. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the platform (no scraping, no spam, no impersonation).

2. Listings and authority to market

By submitting a property you confirm you have the authority to market it. We review every submission before publication and may decline or remove listings at our discretion.

3. Brokerage relationship

Engagement of myPropertyGhana as broker for a transaction is governed by a separate brokerage agreement signed by both parties. Browsing the platform does not create such a relationship.

4. Inspections and paid services

Inspection fees and holding deposits are governed by the specific terms shown at point of payment. We provide refunds where service can't be delivered, in line with those terms.

5. Liability

We do our best to verify listings but cannot guarantee representations made by sellers, landlords or third parties. Buyers and renters are responsible for their own due diligence and legal advice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in Ghanaian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page.
