How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
We aim to comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). This is an outline; a formal policy reviewed by our DPO will replace this version before public launch.
What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone, WhatsApp) you provide via forms; property requirements you submit; messages you send us; technical data (IP, device) for security and analytics.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, match you to relevant listings, send you transactional updates, run our brokerage operations, and meet legal obligations.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails and WhatsApp messages where you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
Sharing
We share your information with the property owner or counterparty when needed to progress a transaction, and with vetted service providers (CRM, email, payments). We do not sell your data.
Retention
Active leads are retained while we work together; inactive records are reviewed annually and pruned.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and export — exercise these by emailing our DPO. We respond within 30 days.
