  • Do you charge landlords and tenants both?

    No. Tenants pay nothing to us — only rent and their own deposit. Our fee comes from the landlord side only.

  • What happens if a tenant stops paying?

    48-hour follow-up, written reminder, demand letter if needed, and — as a last resort — we coordinate with a Ghana-licensed solicitor for formal eviction.

  • Can I be paid in USD?

    Yes. We can collect rent in USD or GHS depending on tenant preference and remit to you in either currency.

  • How often do you inspect?

    Quarterly walk-through as standard, with photos in your monthly statement. We can increase to monthly for higher-value or furnished units.

  • Do I still own the relationship with my tenant?

    Yes. You see every decision before we act. We are your agent, not a separate landlord.
